At MyMuse India, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy for all unworn apparel with original tags. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate wear items may only be eligible for exchange in case of manufacturing defects.
Initiate Request
Log into your MyMuse account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached, then pack them securely in the original MyMuse packaging.
Scheduled Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package.
Refund or Exchange Processing
After a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement item will be shipped within 5 business days.
